Jakarta - ZTE add a collection of top-class smartphone through Skate. Born from a unique idea, this device is often referred to as 'mobile skateboard'.
Skate smartphone has a sleek design with a thickness of 11.35 mm and weighs only 148 grams. He combines screen TFT (Thin Film Transistor) capacitive measuring 4.3 inches with a resolution of 480 x 800.
Phone called 'skateboard' because the style of smartphone design is inspired from skateboard shape. As a sweetener, it also provides the interface with multimedia capabilities and a strong practical corresponding characteristic Android 2.3.
Skate was first launched 12 September in Brazil. Then Skate launched in Spain on 16 September as part of Madrid's Fashion Week, in collaboration with a global operator Telefonica.
Skate global launch will continue to be held this year in European countries including Britain and France, in Asian countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and in the United States.

ZTE's strategic move into the smartphone market in 2011 has played a major role in the company so the company reached number five position among the world's handset makers.
Smart terminal product sales in the same period increased by 400% in the first half of 2011 and U.S. sales up 300%.
Skate ZTE is expected to build on the success such as Blade, who has become the company's flagship products from China during the last 12 months.
More than three million handsets ZTE Blade have been sold in over 50 countries around the world. Blade ZTE has recently become the best selling Android smartphones in China, with an average of more than 17,000 units sold per day.
